Easiest Best-Ever Chocolate Brownies
A favourite at Food TV.
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
200g Chocolate Chips or Grated Chocolate
Pre heat oven to 150°
In a saucepan mix and melt the butter and cocoa. Allow to cool slightly.
Add in the eggs (lightly beaten), sugar and vanilla. Mix all to a smooth paste
Sift in flour and baking powder
Stir in chocolate.
Bake in a Swiss roll tin for 40mins.
Cool. Cut. Enjoy!
